BIOMASS BURNER MODEL ECO

The burner ECO is a feeder-dispenser of solid powder fuel available in two versions: wheeled for Hoffman kilns and static for tunnel kilns. Its function is to introduce the fuel in the kiln, of appropriate granulometry, in suspension of ventilated air.

The burner provides a homogeneous and continues mixture air / fuel ratio which can be varied in correspondence with the different firing points, to facilitate the uniformity of combustion in the entire section of the tunnel, according to the temperature settled. The adjusting of the flow of the fuel is obtained in a mechanical way, by varying the passage section between the loading hopper and the feeding and dosing system.
